We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for sushi and a deep understanding of Japanese cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting sushi dishes, managing inventory, and adhering to food safety regulations. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sushi dishes according to customer orders.
• Have knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi-making techniques.
• Adhere to food safety protocols.
• Ensure quality of ingredients used in sushi dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work with other chefs to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen.
• Be able to explain dishes to wait staff and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
