Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Company:

The company specialise in finance and technology, two of the most lucrative sectors in the recruitment industry. They recruit C-Level candidates and work with some of the best-known global companies (Deliveroo, Facebook, Monzo, Skyscanner, HSBC).

The company have been recently included in the Top 100 Companies to Work for in The Sunday Times and Recruiter Hot 100. The office is sociable, often going out for drinks on a Friday, company subsidised holidays, company sports teams and gym membership.

Graduate Recruitment Consultant -The Role:

There are many exciting aspects to recruitment, such as clients to win, candidates to prepare, interviews to conduct, calls and deals to make. Extensive training will be provided to ensure you become proficient at the following and are set for success:

• Prepare and deliver market presentations to both internal and external clients supporting business growth initiatives, pitch work and client relationships.
• Be commercially aware, to ensure projects deliver high value to each client.
• In-depth research into your industry so you become an expert in your field
• Using a variety of research techniques to map business markets and provide insights into the structure, size and direction of those businesses
• Conducting telephone interviews and building long-lasting relationships

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Candidate

We’re looking for highly driven candidates that are prepared to put in the hard work and reap the rewards. In order to be considered for this position you will need to be able to demonstrate:

• 2:1 degree classification (from a top 30 university)
• Extra-curriculum activities (sports, societies, events etc)
• Strong work history
• Ambitious nature

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Package

• Basic salary of £30,000 & Bonus (OTE 47,000)
• 30 days paid holiday per year

Salary: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
