Graduate Recruitment Consultant – (Disney, Samsung, Ralph Lauren)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Salary: Starting Basic Salary £25,000 + commission (1st Year OTE £35,000 - £50,000)

About you:

- Either degree 2.1 or higher (not mandatory but desired) OR relevant commercial experience in a sales environment

- Money-motivated (YOU are in control of your earnings)

- Self-motivated

- Be able to build and sustain relationships with clients and candidates

- Competitive! You are part of a team but need an edge to earn your targets and promotions!

- Strong work ethic!

- Friendly and can communicate with a variety of people from all backgrounds effectively

- £25,000 Base Salary + COMMISSION!

- £40,000+ OTE Year 1, £70,000 OTE Year 2

Realistic Salary and OTE of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant

We expect that you will take home between £35,000 and £50,000 in your first year, in year 2 more than £70,000, and year 3 over £80-100,000!
