Recruitment Consultant – Sales experience needed

We are looking for a candidate that’s hungry and results driven for a recruitment consultancy role. The business works closely with their employees and nurtures their growth. There is a training programme in place to make sure you can really smash it and get promoted quickly!

Realistic earning potential in the first year is £45k+! Dependant on previous experience (and performance of course), £55k OTE is achievable in year 1.

The Role
The role you would have as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Generating new business, working closely with new clients
• Producing job adverts for roles
• Reviewing CV’s
• Interviewing and prepping candidates for roles
• Maintaining successful client relationships
• Hitting/surpassing targets to earn commission

The Candidate
Candidates should possess most, if not all, of the following:

• Sales experience (6 months or more in B2C or B2B sales)
• Strong communication skills, articulate and good relationship builder
• Experience of working in a professional environment
• Leadership qualities for future roles desirable
• Drive, ambition and want for continued success!

The Job Offer

• £25-30k salary, with competitive/uncapped commission structure
