Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant (London and New York office’s) - £40,000

The role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

· Proactively sourcing candidates for clients, including headhunting, LinkedIn, recommendations and through phone calls.

· Driving towards your own sales and targets! Driving towards monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals, opportunities to have multiple promotions within your first year.

· Working towards developing new business with new and existing clients.

· Offering the best opportunities for candidates and managing the process throughout until offer stage and beyond.

Successful traits and qualities of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

· Motivated, driven with passion to succeed within a money-based industry

· Incredible communication skills with the ability to build strong rapport and maintain important relationships with both candidates and clients

· Energy and enthusiastic with the ability to push yourself to maximise earnings

· Leadership, money driven and success traits

Extras:

· Good academic qualifications, including a degree preferred 2:1 or above from a recognised university

· Second or multiple languages

· Business to business sales experience
