Role Overview & Responsibilities

You will earn between £40,000 - £50,000 in your first year alone. This, plus an array of exciting incentives such as Ibiza & Barbados holidays, ski trips and monthly Rolex’s to be won, make this company the perfect place to start & finish your recruitment career!

The Earning:

• 6-figures within 4 years (maximum)
• Strong commission structure (up to 40% of your billings)
• £23-27k basic salary

• OTE Year 1 guaranteed£40,000 - £50,000

Your Profile:

• Strong commercial experience in a similar field (e.g. Real Estate, Sales - phone/F2F) and/or Recent graduate from University (2020, 2021 & 2022 grads)
• A natural ability to build relationships quickly
• Driven by success and/or money
• Strong work ethic

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Salary: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
