2Fawcett are recruiting for a Billings Manager to join a company located in Derby on a permanent basis.

The Role & Responsibilities of the Billings Manager

• Work with wider finance team to ensure accurate billing as part of month end process

• Liaise with sales teams and customer delivery teams to ensure support tickets are processed for invoicing on a timely basis

• Review and/or calculate charges to be added to support tickets, ensuring they are agreed between the client and Supplier/Customer

• Maintain accurate and up to date billing files for customers

• Facilitate timely communication with channel partners, suppliers, customers, and internal departments to minimise delays in processing

• Review and ensure accurate contract details are maintained on the contracts database

• Raise purchase orders for suppliers

Requirements of the Billing Manager

· Previous experience working within a similar role would be advantageous

· Experience using Accounting softwares would be advantageous

What will you get in return

· 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday – Thursday with 1 hr lunch & 08:30 – 4:30pm Fridays with half hour lunch.

Job Type: Full-time
