Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our Client, a fast-growing online footwear retailer, who offer a wide range of stylish and comfortable shoes for men, women, and children. They pride themselves on their extensive selection and commitment to customer satisfaction. As they continue to expand their online presence, they are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their E-commerce team.

Summary:

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that new products are accurately and efficiently listed across all websites. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, an excellent command of the English language, and a understanding of footwear. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where your contributions will directly impact the success of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently upload new product listings to their websites, ensuring all relevant information is included and properly formatted.
  • Optimize product listings by conducting keyword research, writing engaging product descriptions, and selecting appropriate images.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and search engine-friendly listings.
  • Utilize Excel to manage and organize large amounts of product data, including pricing, inventory, and product specifications.
  • Regularly review and update existing product listings to maintain accuracy and relevance.
  • Conduct market research and analyse competitor listings to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments, particularly in the realm of footwear, to ensure their listings remain current and competitive.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with large data sets, formulas, and formatting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of the footwear industry, including trends, materials, and product specifications.
  • Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) and keyword research.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to Β£22,000.00 per year
