Role Overview & Responsibilities

Leisure Assistant: Cheltenham

All employees must pass an Emergency Pool Responder course before employment commences (training will be provided at a convenient location)

Working for 3dleisure on behalf of Leonardo Hotels you will:

• Ensure a high level of customer service is adopted at all times
• Supervise the leisure club in the absence of other team members
• Ensure excellent presentation and cleanliness of the leisure club
• Safely and confidently work as a lone worker when on shift as required
• Complete gym inductions in a professional manner (if qualified)
• Supervise and interact in a friendly manner with all leisure club customers including members and hotel guests
• Complete all cleaning schedules including poolside, changing rooms, gym and reception area
• Carry out pool tests as required and the relevant plant room operations are completed.
• Ensure pool supervision is carried out to the company operating standards.
• Ensure all accidents or incidents are dealt with and appropriate first aid administered.
• Maintain the safety and well being of customers using the facilities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Attend quarterly Emergency Pool Responder training.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation and professional advice offered to customers using the leisure club.
• Complete all reception and administration duties as required
• Perform any other duties as directed by the Club Manager

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: £10.42 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• GL51 OTS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Fitness Instruction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Emergency Pool responder qualification (preferred)
