Role Overview & Responsibilities

We aim to be the greatest and tastiest Bubble Tea in the UK since 2019 . We are committed to serve consistently high-quality milk tea and fruit tea to all our customers and provide outstanding customer service.We use state-of-the-art machines to brew fresh, high-quality tea. We offer our customers a wild range of choices, including a combination of different teas with or without fruit flavour and Toppings.

Full/ Part-Time Member Staff Request:

• Basis cooking skill
• Serving customers
• Making bubble tea drinks
• Cash handling
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Skills and Qualifications: Customer service experience
• Managing budgets

Management Team Request:

• Managing Budgets/Cost
• Check Stock Level
• Daily Till Settlement
• Control Quality of the Drink
• Manager the Store day to day
• Traning New Staff
• Check Each Staff Customer Service and Cleaning Level

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Hospitality: 1 year (Required)

Duties:

• Taking orders for food and drink
• Placing take-away orders
• Prep or side work
• Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitising, sweeping floors, washing dishes, etc.
• Reconciling daily cash transactions

*Starting Wage in line with National Minimum Wage Guidelines.
