A+T Instruments Ltd is a fast growing Marine Electronics Company based in Lymington, Hampshire. We operate in the high-end of the superyacht and race boat market, designing and manufacturing products of exceptional quality whilst providing excellent customer service.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer to expand our small team. Initially the role will focus on maintenance of existing software projects, but this role will give opportunity to work across a variety of platforms and applications. There is no limit to how much responsibility can be taken or how quickly.

Core Requirements

· C or C++ Development Experience

· Problem solving skills

· Some experience with Micro-Controllers /embedded systems (could be at a recreational level)

· Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly

Useful additional abilities

· Understanding of Source Code Control Systems, particularly Git

· Familiarity with PIC Processors / CCS Compilers

· Exposure to Hardware & PCB Design

· Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript

· Experience with Qt5

· Experience with MS Visual Studio

· Familiarity with Linux (Ubuntu / Debian)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
