Handyman/woman/Maintenance

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are a rapidly growing property management company looking for two Handyman’s to undertake weekly maintenance jobs.

Job Description:

The successful candidate would do small repair jobs like:

- Basic plumbing

- Install safety equipment (smoke and carbon monoxide alarms)

- Changing locks, door handles, etc.

- Assemble furniture

- Minor painting, decorating

- Repairing fixtures or fittings

- Installing household appliances such as washing machines and dishwashers

- Fitting shelves, hanging pictures and installing window locks

- Taking photograph “before and after the works”

- Basic carpentry work

Candidate profile:

- Driving license

- Ability to handle working to deadline

- Ability to use your own initiative

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Salary: £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
