We are looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their customer service skills and grow with our company.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide customers with accurate information and solutions to their inquiries.
• Maintain customer records in a secure database.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
• Utilise problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
• Provide feedback to management on customer service issues and trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £10.42 per hour
