Hygiene and Stores Operatives - Amenities Department
ABP Langport, Food Processing
£11.50 Per Hour
8am - 10pm
Monday to Friday, No weekends / No bank holidays

ABP Langport are currently recruiting for a Hygiene and Stores Operative to join their amenities team. The role involves carrying out cleaning and hygiene tasks in PPE rooms, changing rooms, offices and communal areas. The amenities team are a vital part of the ABP group, so assist in various tasks to ensure we meet our food hygiene and safety objectives.

Main duties include;

• Maintain a clean and hygienic condition in the offices and general areas as required
• Collect, wash and prepare all PPE including overalls, boots, knives and steels
• Record information about the equipment issued
• Manage PPE stock levels and advise Transport and Purchasing Manager of need to reorder in good time so production is not compromised

Ideal candidates will have the following;

• A good attention to detail
• Great team ethic and a flexible approach to work
• A good level of general fitness to work in a physically demanding role
