Retail Planner

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking a focused individual with good attention to detail to join our established Planning team to ensure the smooth running of production and on time fulfilment of customer orders.

• Provide production teams with efficient retail plans to ensure customer orders are achieved and delivered on time
• Ensure that factory running hours are maximised and downtime is minimised
• Maintain and update all information relating to scheduling process
• Liaise with transport provider with regards to the organisation and scheduling of product delivery into customer depots
• Managing raw materials and work with production management to identify areas of waster in the process, proposing improvement measures
• Stock reconciliation
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task
• Can work in a challenging environment, under pressure
• Have a 'can do' attitude.
• Computer literate
• Previous experience of working within a FMCG environment is an advantage,
