Business Development Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Accent Catering Services Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our friendly and vibrant sales team. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in B2B sales (ideally in catering) and are also interested in hearing from individuals with contract catering experience (from any sector) who want to take their first step into a sales career- you will be full of enthusiasm, and passion, a good listener and are comfortable presenting your ideas to clients.

Salary: £80,000 OTE plus benefits

Location: Based in South East or South Midlands

As a BDM, you will be able to:

·Fully understand the client requirements

·Know what great food and service looks like

·Manage the sales process from start to finish

·Manage sales tenders to all deadlines

·Create workable finances and sales targets, creating a buy in culture from the operators whilst challenging them and retaining a commercial approach

You will have:

·A proven track record within contract catering or similar

·Including an operational background in contract catering with an understanding of the sales and bid process

·Great communication skills; to be able to interact in a meaningful way at all levels from kitchen staff to Directors

·Team player mentality

·Excellent IT skills
