Client Support Account Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team!

Your key responsibilities will be supporting our clients needs and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be office based but working in the field when visiting clients across the UK.

You will need a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Your responsibiilities include:

• Ensuring that our clients are contacted and visited on a regular basis and provided with reports to monitor performance
• Understanding client requirements, following up any enquires in order to make sure expectations are managed and met
• Offering service support and delivering training when required
• Working closely with our clients to identify opportunities for upselling additional services that can add value.
• Keeping up to date with the current market, so that you can support our clients with challenges and opportunities.
• Maintaining a CRM database of your customers
• Working closely with Operations, the Sales Director and Business Development Managers

Business Experience

• Minimum of 4 years+ customer service /sales background
• Driving licence essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent business intelligence and business acumen
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary: From £35,000.00 per year
