Trainee Accountant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are a solicitor practice, based in East London looking for fresh graduate bookkeeper to join our team, who has experience of accounting to a intermediate level, who is ready to be trained from scratch, confident and has a good eyes to detail. No prior experience is required as training will be provided to the right candidate.

• Raise and reconcile bills invoices.
• Issue invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Manage purchase ledger and payment runs.
• Process credit card and petty cash reconciliations
• Process expenses
• Keeping computer databases up to date
• Bank Reconciliations
• Very good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly good Excel skills
• Excellent attention to details
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A multi-lingual candidate will be preferred (Urdu Punjab speaker) with an immediate start.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• London, E6 1PW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• Bachelor's (preferred)
