Logistics Specialist

A leading global automaker and provider of innovative mobility solutions are currently looking to recruit a Logistics Specialist with immediate start pending successful completion of on-boarding checks.

Annual salary is between 30k to 45k depending on experience.

Role to involve:

• Performance-manage the compound operators, including daily review with site manager

- Check & police implementation of specific processes - review if followed correctly and on time

• Report progress daily on transport carrier volumes, accuracy/speed of compound operators preparing delivery loads

• Identify operational problems affecting performance, feedback to CAT VM, trouble-shoot solution to system issues to ensure deliveries are made

Candidate profile:

- IT capable in terms of management and use of spreadsheet reports (eg Excel incl pivot tables) - Management experience and capable to act with autonomy - Understanding of UK haulage regulations an advantage

Sandtoft/Killingholme
