Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our home, Pine Tree Court , is a lovely residential home in Gloucester, we are looking for a skilled maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs to keep our facilities tidy and functional.
Responsibilities include:

• Perform minor repairs
• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
• Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
• Inspect and repair damage in the building
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

Hours and rate of pay to be discussed at interview.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From £11.00 per hour

• Maintenance Management: 1 year (preferred)
