Role Overview & Responsibilities
Advinia Healthcare, an award winning, top 15 UK Care Home provider, we are currently looking for a new Divisional Director to cover 8 care homes along the M40 corridoor.
The Divisional Director we are ideally looking for will have passion and creativity to enable change and help drive the business forward. They will effectively lead, manage and motivate their managers to support and develop their teams to deliver a safe and caring home to each and every resident. We have an excellent operations team who will work with you every step of the way. A Director who has vision, imagination and determination who can hit the ground running.
The role will involve:
- To have a sound level of business acumen, commercially astute and interpret data
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as LA/CCG/CQC through sound knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements
- Providing direction and line management to Care Home Managers.
- A passion for outstanding care and quality service is essential, along with the desire to strive to achieve excellence in all aspects of the homes environment. With a background in health and social care, you will be an experienced senior manager, with a recognised professional qualification and a willingness to develop.
