NFU Mutual's agency in Flimwell & Tunbridge Wells is currently recruiting for a highly motivated, organised and dedicated Claims Handler to join our expanding friendly team.

As a Claims Handler within our agency, you'll play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, ensuring the customers claims are dealt with like clockwork and our customers are always happy. As a focal point for claims handling within the agency, you'll handle claims enquiries, paperwork, and servicing support, with a 'can-do' proactive enthusiasm.

Experience is not essential, however the chances are, you'll have already worked in a similar role, so will be no stranger to applying an excellent telephone manner and a flexible, people orientated approach to everything you do. Above all though, you'll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused, ambitious team. In return, you can expect full training in a friendly and supportive environment.

The position is full time, 9-5, Monday to Friday.

25 days holiday per annum (plus bank holidays)

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
