Wholesale Operations Executive

Four Marketing Group was founded over 20 years ago and consists of a number of businesses, with the mainstay of its work in wholesale sales, agency representation and distribution.

We are currently recruiting for a Wholesale Operations Executive to join the Operations department in our Market Road, London Head Office on a permanent, full-time basis.

The successful Wholesale Operations Executive will manage the daily wholesale, retail and franchise operations tasks following the order entry process from the Sales Team.

The role of Wholesale Operations Executive will also support the account management on a business to business level with a focus on maintaining an exceptional customer experience within a key account model.

As a Wholesale Operations Executive you will:

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within fashion/ wholesale retail, specifically with a focus on wholesale, franchise, or distribution chains
• Have previous experience in managing the process of re-orders and stock-orders
• Have previous experience in seasonal order book management
• Have first-hand experience of working within a Key Account structure
• Have previous experience in managing customer credit
• Have previous experience working with Microsoft Navision
• Have previous experience in coordination of dispatches to customers in the UK and overseas
