Role Overview & Responsibilities

AJS Security Services Ltd are looking for passionate, hardworking Door Supervisors to join our team of dedicated staff throughout festival season and beyond.

We have a variety of upcoming festivals such as Download, Leeds, Latitude, Glastonbury and more!

Candidates should possess a valid Door Supervisor licence to apply for this job.

Experience is preferred but not essential, we love to give people their first opportunity in the industry and our team of experienced staff will be on hand to help you learn the ropes!

Candidates should be aware that this role involves camping and 12 hour shifts, we understand that these long hours and camping are not to everyone’s taste, that’s why we’re proud to be one of the highest paying companies for festivals, paying £12.50 an hour.

There is always room to progress in the company, we have upcoming work following festival season that will see the appointment of Head Door Staff and site supervisors!

We have been established for over a year and we are still constantly growing, and as we grow, we want you to grow with us!

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• security: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Door Supervisor Licence (required)
