Location: Yorkshire and Humberside

We are currently looking for health care assistances/ support workers to cover shifts in care homes and hospitals in your area. All Saints Support allows you flexibility to choose When and Where you work so you are in complete control of your working schedule.

Our clients have numerous care homes throughout the UK. A successful candidate will be experienced, have a passion for delivering outstanding, high-quality care and be patient and caring and able to provide quality services to residents within a care home or hospital environment. You will be responsible for the provision of all activities of daily living ensuring that the personal care of residents is completed in line with their person-centred care plan. You will assist care teams to provide a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for both residents/ patients and their visitors. You should have the ability to follow our policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS;

• Proof of right to work.
• Hold a current or willing to undertake a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Check.
• Minimum of 3 months of experiences in a health care setting based in the Uk.
• Drivers Licence preferable but not a necessity.
• Up to date Mandatory Trainings.
