Weekend Customer Service Receptionist

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are a company based in Raynes Park (near Wimbledon), looking for a permanent part-time customer service receptionist to join the team at our training centre on weekends.

Saturdays and occasional Sundays 8.30am to 5pm

(Some Sundays can be working from home/remote)

£11.38 per hour

Description

• Prepare training seminar rooms
• Meet & greet clients and put them at their ease
• Settle clients into training rooms
• Checking emails and phone messages for cancellations

Smart appearance required

Warm friendly confident manner

Computer literate

Good communication skills

Non-smoker

Mature, reliable person 16 years

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8-16 per week

Salary: £11.38 per hour
