Role Overview & Responsibilities

Allens Caravans Estates Ltd is a thriving family business that has come a long way since its foundation in the mid-1930s and we're proud of the excellent reputation we have amongst our customers and our colleagues in the Holiday Park industry.

We are looking for a park warden duo, this is a joint position that requires both parties to apply ( two people who will live on site in a holiday unit ) to work at our Sunbeach Holiday park, a seaside park in Llwyngwril, Wales. The park has recently benefited from significant investment and the position offers an opportunity to work with an established team and develop your skills.

The position will allow the successful couple to be involved in all aspects of the park from ground maintenance, dealing with holiday and hire fleet customers, new sales and maintenance of the swimming pool. With a passion for customer service and a hands on approach to maintenance, our park wardens can be sure that every day is different and work is never boring.

The successful candidates will both

• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Be flexible in their approach and outlook
• Be prepared to work weekends and holiday periods
• Be able to work as a close team with the park managers, grounds team, bar staff and cleaners.

A holiday home will be provided for two people sharing, with gas, electricity and water paid for, as part of the package. The salary stated is for each person.

Salary: From £21,715.20 per year
