Role Overview & Responsibilities

In the Bradford & Leeds areas, my client is seeking an Air/Ocean/Road Import or Export Operator to join a dynamic and busy company.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and overseeing shipments with international origins
• Coordinating collections with a few chosen transport businesses
• Communicating with customers, other branches, international agents, haulers, etc.
• Providing them with top-notch customer service, handling all queries, and providing timely updates
• Handling order traces, invoices, processing pre-alerts from overseas offices & agents
• Completion of Customs entries
• Monitoring shipments until delivery
• Job costing and invoicing

Salary & Work Pattern:

• £27,000 - £35,000 – Dependant on experience
• Monday - Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
