Installation Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experience Installation Manager to join our growing company and to manage all of our fitting teams. Experience in Window/Door fitting is ESSENTIAL, with Aluminium experience preferred.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience and ability. This is a high pressure role and you will be held accountable for the following responsibilities:

- Planning / Scheduling all of the fits, managing several fitting teams and a surveyor, to ensure a professional job from start to finish. You will have to liaise with in-house production to ensure that all manufacturing is completed correctly and in a timely manner to match with your schedule.
- Excellent customer service skills - YOU will be the customer contact for all installation work and must build and maintain strong relationships with our customers
- You must have expert knowledge in terms of fitting and on-site work. You must be able to 'problem-solve ' any issues that arise during installation and offer support to the fitting teams.
- An excellent grasp of Health & Safety
- An assertive, yet personable management style. You will be expected to set in place a process for 'ways of working' for the fitting teams, and managing performance based on this.
- A positive working attitude is a must

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00 per year
