Primary Responsibilities
- IT equipment management β purchasing, configuration, deployment, shipment, etc.
- Local and remote user support.
- On- and off-boarding user and device processes support.
- Jamf device management
- Office 365 and applications deployment, management, and support.
- MacOS/iOS deployment, management, and support.
- Windows knowledge considers as strong advantage.
- AD/AAD knowledge considers as strong advantage.
Required Qualifications
