Primary Responsibilities
  • IT equipment management – purchasing, configuration, deployment, shipment, etc.
  • Local and remote user support.
  • On- and off-boarding user and device processes support.
  • Jamf device management
  • Office 365 and applications deployment, management, and support.
  • MacOS/iOS deployment, management, and support.
  • Windows knowledge considers as strong advantage.
  • AD/AAD knowledge considers as strong advantage.
