Marketing Assistant (Japanese Speaker, Part-time)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Giveaway control and its shipping arrangement

- Dealing with invoices and updating the budget spreadsheets

- Managing schedules and brand assets

- Coordinating promotional materials (calendars, posters, etc)

- Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

- Liaising with creative agencies or EMEA branches to support creating various creative assets including Digital Adverts, OOT, Videos, SEM Marketing, Sales promotional goods

- Brand management support（Social Media etc)

- Membership club support - Marketing support for Japan travel - Assisting to create various marketing reports

KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL

- Friendly character and ability to work in a team

- Must be proactive and have a ‘can-do’ attitude

- Japanese language essential

- Skill and knowledge in Digital Marketing preferred

- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point

- Must have good communication and presentation skills

- High flexibility and ability to work under stressful situations and deal with multiple tasks

- Linked to European sales and marketing activities

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
