Role Overview & Responsibilities

FF&E Senior Designer

Looking for a freelance, senior FF&E designer experienced in working on large scale International 5* hotel projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings and excellent communication and presentation skills.

You will need the ability to work independently, but in collaboration with an overall project team, and have very good experience managing all aspects of putting together FF&E design schemes.

Responsibilities

• To work effectively and efficiently to a deadline
• To collaborate with the project team to develop FF&E concepts that align with the overall design vision.
• Research and source materials, finishes, and furnishings for the project.
• Create detailed FF&E specifications and schedules.

Qualifications

Use of software InDesign, Excel, Word.

Use of CAD would be a bonus for production of FF&E line drawings for inclusion in specifications.

This freelance position is estimated to be for at least 6 - 8 weeks with the potential to go on longer. Candidates must be able to work remotely. Please note, you must be able to show a portfolio with relevant work examples for this position.
