Role Overview & Responsibilities

The UK’s Leading British Spa Brand ELEMIS are seeking a passionate Skincare Specialist & Account Manager to manage a small team in the running of the Counter within Boot's by driving sales of treatments and products. Leading by example in delivering first class customer service.

Responsibilities:

· Pro-actively drive sales ensuring that personal and counter targets are met/ exceeded

· Raise awareness of the brand and educate clients in the product and treatment range

· Participate fully in promotional/PR activity ensuring the success of the promotion and/or event

· Ensure products and treatments prescribed are appropriate to clients’ needs

· Assess and collate weekly/monthly sales figures and analysis of business, and report to key staff

· Ensure the team are aware of their figures and targets and how the account is trading

· Prepare rotas on a monthly basis ensuring the counter is sufficiently covered at all times

· Maintain the site to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation

· Ensure that customer service is of the highest standard and handle any client complaints

· Manage, support and develop a team continuously monitoring and assessing performance

· Ensure that a complete stock check is carried out on a weekly/ fortnightly basis

Requirements

· NVQ 2 Beauty Therapy qualification

· Experience within a similar retail/store role and industry

· Experience supervising a small team

· Proven sales record of meeting/exceeding targets

· Previous experience working with a professional skincare brand advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £26,000.00 per year
