Small Works Operations Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced Small Works Operations Manager to join our team on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for on time Delivery & Budget control of Small Reactive and New Project works. Providing support to the Regional Manager on service delivery of billable works, performance management for our Housing Division in the Salisbury area.

The successful candidate will act as the point of contact for the client, maintain relationships and build relationships with new stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the Company Health and Safety policy is always adhered to
• Focus on efficiency and continuous improvement to optimise operational performance of the team
• Maintain project records in line with the contract
• Produce project plan for small works under your control
• Estimating of works as well as the overall responsibility of the P&L for your projects

Essential:

• SMSTS
• Experience within similar position within the FM or similar sector
• Previous knowledge and experience of MoD contracts or work with security environments
• Ability to pass security clearance

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

• Bachelor's (preferred)
