Stockroom Assistant - flexible

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Founded in 1994, Aphrodite has established themselves at the forefront of the independent menswear industry.
Aphrodite is a dynamic, forward thinking retailer with a buying team who are constantly on the look out for new and innovative brands to add to their rapidly expanding collections.

Covering an area of 4,000sq ft over two floors, each level has been designed with different interior concepts to reflect the brands on display.

We are looking for a hardworking, experienced Stockroom Assistant to work in the busy stockroom in our Sunderland based store.

If you have relevant experience and can demonstrate how to work within a busy stockroom, this vacancy could be ideal for you.

You must fit the following criteria:

• Experience with stock control and inventory management
• Ability to handle and organise multiple deliveries at once
• A good eye for detail to spot potential errors
• Be able to suggest ideas to increase productivity and put them into practice
• Excellent time management and able to meet deadlines
• Punctual and flexible with hours
• Have an interest in fashion
• Basic IT knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Windows)
