EYFS Teaching Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Aquinas Education are currently looking for an EYFS Teaching Assistant to work in one of our fantastic primary schools based in Hucknall.

The role is an afternoon-only role which involves a 12:15pm start and finishes at 15:30pm.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Supporting pupils within the EYFS unit (aged 3-5).
• Using outdoor space to encourage learning through play.
• Liaising with the class teacher to feedback on progress.
• Supporting children with reading, writing and their class work.
• Supporting with personal care across the EYFS unit.
• Engaging SEN pupils and encouraging interaction with lessons and the curriculum.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: £70.00-£90.00 per day
