We are seeking highly successful, passionate, energetic, experienced Assistant Store Manager.

The ideal candidate will have an engaging enthusiasm for fragrance, a clear passion for customer service and experience in retail management.

As Assistant Store Manager, you will report to the Store manager at all times, and you will face any problem with staff and customers professionally, control products and staff. You will deputise for your store manager in their absence and assist in all aspects of the store management process.

You will be responsible for ensuring the store achieves targets. You will have a strong focus and attention to detail and be responsible for shop presentations and displays.

Locations: London: Westfield Stratford & Oxford Street.

Minimum requirements:

- A minimum of 2 years experience as assistant store manager/department manager - preferably in fragrance or cosmetics

- Proven track record of sales achievement in previous roles

- High presentable: attire, behaviour and interaction with customers

- Excellent communication skills

Salary :

Competitive salary + commissions
