We have an exciting opportunity for a sales consultant to join a market-leading LED Strip, Profile & Lighting company based in Plymouth. Arc LED is the UK’s leading supplier of LED strips and profiles to trade and retail customers. Offering a diverse and unique range of lighting options, with design service and a wealth of product knowledge. Arc LED has become a household name in the modern electrical industry, as well as influencing design and finish in some spectacular projects.

About the role

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, positive actions, communication and body language; assisting customers in a timely manner with any query and after-sales care
• Generate sales by maximising every sales opportunity to ensure sales targets are achieved
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon existing knowledge and training provided, as well as keeping up to date with product development and competitors
• Build client network through effective new business development and lead generation
• Maintain the showroom and visual display to a high standard.
• Identify and communicate customers and department needs to the department manager to improve customers relations
• Be a brand ambassador; represent the company in your appearance and communication with the customer

About you

• Ability to work as part of a team with co-workers and managers
• Continually strives to deliver exceptional customer service and self-development
• Knowledgeable about lighting options and lighting brands
• Proactive in their approach to developing leads and new business
• A self-starter; motivated and highly organised
• Excellent communication skills
• Electrical experience is not necessary, full training will be provided.
• Willingness to learn a niche market and gain new knowledge in the lighting market is required.

22-28K PA Base Salary dependent on experience.
