
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Role Overview & Responsibilities
We're currently looking to recruit a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own and deliver the Talent Acquisiton agenda in our Arriva London business. Leading a team, you will direct and implement attraction and selection strategies to meet the demand of the business in the volume hiring of Bus Drivers and operational management candidates.
You will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team and will play a significant role in delivery change and evolution to the function.
This role will be hybrid position with regular travel into London.
Key Accountabilities
- Delivery of the full end to end Talent Acquisition recruitment strategy for the UK Bus Driver population
- Lead the Talent Acquisition Team for Bus Driver hiring and manages performance proactively
- Support the development of a compelling Employee Value Proposition that aligns to the Arriva brand and values and positively influences external candidates to join Arriva UK Bus.
- Facilitates the end-to-end recruitment of senior hires
- Proactively manage the reporting and achievement of KPIs through the Talent Acquisition funnel to achieve Establishment for Drivers in UK Bus.
- Lead on projects and initiatives that will drive continuous improvement across the team and businesses
- Manage key projects across the function as part of the Talent Acquisition strategy, including EVP, Employer Brand, digital attraction
- Actively partner with stakeholders to develop Talent Acquisition People plans
- Work closely with HRBPs on the broader people agenda and key People metrics: Turnover etc
- Support stakeholder groups in embracing and delivering change to drive a positive culture of engagement and retention
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high performing recruitment teams in a high volume environment. You will have experience of designing and implementing talent acquisitions strategies, managing campaigns and delivering projects across attraction, selection and employer brand.
