Role Overview & Responsibilities

About Us: Arrow Film Converters is a family run flexible print packaging business based in Castleford. We are a growing business who is rapidly expanding and as a result, we are looking for a Trainee Machine Operators to join our growing team.

The Job:
Key responsibilities include;

• Responsibility for each machine.
• Ensure targets are met during each shift.
• Ensure accurate documentation is filled in at all times.
• Ensure health and safety policies are adhered to.
• Clean and maintain all areas in accordance with BRC procedures.

Full training will be given.

Hours and Salary: You're working hours will average 40 hours per week on a continental style shift pattern Monday - Friday.

We offer a salary of £22,500 - £25,000 per year and plenty of overtime is also available due to the growth of our business paid at 1.5x!!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year

• 12 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
• Overtime
