As a George Section Manager, you will have the opportunity to continue to grow the George brand, as well as your own professional development. Teamwork is vital in any role, but as a manager, leading and coaching your team is crucial in ensuring the delivery of our mission and developing your team. Working with a team of Section Leaders and colleagues, it will be your responsibility to ensure that our flagship stores deliver world class service through consistent high standards. As part of the leadership team, you will champion the George brand by working with the Head Office team through the implementation of season change events, visual display of ranges, mannequins, and POS.

About You

As the world of retail and fashion continues to change, you'll be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable. As a member of the George team, you will have a keen eye on what is trending in the market and how you can stay ahead of the competition. You'll have a passion for visual merchandising and creating visual impact to drive sales and brand awareness. You should understand your customers wants and needs by having a commercial mindset, utilising reports, and experience to grow your department. You'll be a strong role model to the managers and colleagues around you, ensuring customers have a great shopping experience.

You'll be required to work a three-week rolling rota which will include weekends, evenings and sometimes late nights.
