About us

Ashford Colour Press offers excellent quality, fast turnaround printing for books, magazines and journals, brochures and other publications.

We provide a range of Litho, Inkjet and on-demand Digital printing services to customers throughout the UK.

Working with the latest print technology, excellent customer services and high-quality standards are top of the agenda for this multi million-pound turnover company.

We operate a powerful automated print on demand (POD) system.

The responsibilities of this role would be to look after this process and our Management Information System.

Training will be given.

Responsibilities:

• POD order processing - this is mostly automated, but some orders require a small amount of work
• Customer Services - dealing with POD customer queries, resolving problems
• International delivery processing - some deliveries require manual handling
• Entering price updates into the system
• Producing reports - we use Crystal Reports, PowerBI and SQL

This is a critical hire to the business and applications are welcomed from candidates that are innovative, motivated, enthusiastic with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

You will work in our office as part of the IT / MIS / Automation Team. You will communicate and coordinate with the Sales Team, Reprographics Team and the Factory Production Team.

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (required)
