Austin Lafferty is a leading firm in Scotland, and for over 30 years our specialist team of solicitors have been serving our clients in all aspects of the law. Across four offices we have a team of over 30 experienced members of staff.

Our firm is looking for an experienced paralegal to join our team in our Newton Mearns office. You will be managing conveyancing transactions from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity for an eager Paralegal looking to further develop their skills.

• The ideal candidate will be experienced in Scottish residential conveyancing.
• You will be required to manage transactions from offer submission to post settlement registration.

Additional Responsibilities include:

• Taking new client enquiries and arranging appointments for clients;
• Supporting solicitors in their role;
• Manage external correspondence by drafting client emails and letters.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Conveyancing Paralegal: 1 year (preferred)
