Team Assistant Responsibilities:
- Heavy diary management
- Compliance management for the team
- Booking International travel
- Candidate and client communication
- Involvement in certain business operations
- Working across multiple time zones
- Account management of suppliers
- Experience with heavy diary management
- Experience with international travel bookings
- Passionate about working within a tight knit team
- Highly organized
- Attention to detail
- Capable of supporting a busy team of 12
