Responsibilities
As a Stores Person, you will manage the stores, including ordering, issuing, and maintaining stock materials; general depot maintenance and record keeping ensuring value for money in providing a quality service.

Your day to day will include:

• Work closely with Works Manager and Supervisors when ordering equipment and materials for reactive repairs, projects, and schemes.
• Liaise with the other Storekeepers when ordering stock to prevent overstock of items.
• Ensure stores cover and training are in place for planned annual leave and handover processes are agreed upon with your line manager.

This role of a Stores Person is great for you if you have:

• Basic office IT skills
• Basic appreciation of commercial awareness
• Experience in premises management
• A flexible approach to working and demonstrating experience of readily taking on new challenges and responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
