We are an award winning growing multi-discipline practice with 7 offices across England. Due to our continued success we are looking to further expand our Chartered Town Planning team by appointing a Graduate Planning Consultant for our Plymouth office. The successful candidate will be required to act on behalf of both public and private sector clients across a wide range of projects.

Qualifications:

All applicants should ideally hold a higher education qualification in a Town Planning related discipline. All applicants must hold a full UK drivers licence.

Experience:

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Planning Consultants and related disciplines such as Architecture and Building Surveying. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Most importantly candidates must demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn. This role would suit a recent graduate from higher education or a planner at the early stages of their career.

Key Duties:

  • Site Appraisals
  • General planning advice to clients and wider design team
  • Coordination and management of planning applications and appeals
  • Report writing
  • General duties as required
