Job description
We are looking for a Part time/ or Full time self employed Site Manager / Project Manager to oversee New Build Residential/ Refurbishments/ Commercial projects ranging from 150k to a 1mln in London and the home counties.
Semi-retired applicants are welcome.
Responsibilities
- You will act as the point of contact for clients
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Manage project budget
- Co-ordinate subcontractors and produce programmes
- Fulfil H&S Standards
- Produce project reports
Essential
- Experience in Construction Industry
- IT Literate
- Must be able to travel to job sites and meetings

Salary: From Β£220.00 per day
