Role Overview & Responsibilities

Barleycorn Mildenhall are looking for staff at our busy cafes in Mildenhall.

Barleycorn is a small family run business with multiple locations in West Suffolk & surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on providing a familiar, friendly service where we always have time for our customers.

The opening hours of our Mildenhall Hub Cafe are between 7.00am and 7.00pm.

We are looking for confident, friendly people who take pride in fab customer service and can work independently. Our ideal candidate would have a can-do attitude, the ability to deliver 5* customer service, work well in a team and by themselves, confident working in a busy environment, and most of all love all things Barleycorn!

Positions will involve every aspect - from serving barista quality coffee to completing a close-down. Your role would be: front and back of house services including food prep, customer service, operating an espresso machine, till operation, cleaning, and other general duties.

Experience in a cafe/Barista training is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Applicants must be over 18 due to working alone.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
