Shop Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Enthusiastic Shop Assistant required to serve in a busy butchery/bakery/sandwich shop.

The job responsbilties involve (but are not limited to) prepare ready to eat food for sandwiches, make sandwiches and serve customers.

You will be required to serve on the ready to eat food counter and the raw meat counter.

Experience not essential but knowledge of the food industry would be an advantage (wage dependent on experience). Training will be given.

General shop duties and cleaning also required.

Working hours

Monday 8.00am to 3.00pm

Tuesday 8.00am to 5.30pm

Wednesday off

Thursday 8.00am to 5.30pm

Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm

Saturday 8.00am to 4.00pm

1/2 hour lunch break each day and lunch provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
