Role Overview & Responsibilities

Batch'd is a nationwide bakery business which specialises in selling high quality, locally sourced sweet treats. We are proud to work with a variety of small-scale niche bakeries who each supply the Batch'd brand with a different product.

Batch'd sell an enormous range of baked goods, including donuts, brownies, cookies and hot drinks.

Batch'd is a rapidly expanding business, with our products going down a treat wherever we have gone. We are now looking for a capable hardworking manager to join our team in our York Coppergate location.

Ideal candidates will have previous management experience gained within a similar role and will be bursting with energy and positivity. You must be reliable and have excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing day to day set up of the shop
• Manage and motivate team members on a daily basis
• Barista experience and be prepared to train others
• Responsible for the smooth running of the shop
• Responsible for the general quality and standards of the shop
• Driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Hygiene and food safety compliance
• Greet and deal with customer’s requests with a smile
• General housekeeping, and maintaining the cleanliness of the areas

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £12.00 per hour
